Customer Reviews
Shipping is super consistent
I've ordered from Flair several times now and the shipping speed is always reliable. This time I was checking out a Flair 58 and was wondering how long it would take. Got it in about 5 days, just like my previous orders for smaller items. Really appreciate the consistency.
Absolutely loving my Flair!
Got the Flair Pro 2 and I am obsessed! The espresso is so rich and creamy, just like from a cafe. It's surprisingly easy to use after a few tries. I've been telling all my friends about it. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, just do it. You won't regret it. Best coffee decision ever!
Pretty good for home espresso
So, I decided to grab a Flair Classic because I wanted to try making espresso at home without spending a ton. It arrived pretty fast, like four days after I ordered, which was cool. Putting it together was no big deal, just a few parts. The first few shots were kinda watery, but after watching some videos and messing with the grind, I started getting some decent crema. It's definitely a hands-on thing, but I don't mind. It's a nice little ritual in the morning now. I also got a Bottomless Portafilter later, and that helped a lot with seeing what was going on. Overall, it's a solid little machine for the price.
Consistently great espresso
This was my third purchase from Flair Espresso, this time a Pressure Gauge Kit for my Flair Classic. As always, the quality is top-notch. My previous orders for the Flair Classic and a Bottomless Portafilter were equally smooth. They're consistently reliable, which is why I keep coming back. Shipping is always on time, and their products just work well. I appreciate that they focus on making solid, functional upgrades.
Good machine, some learning curve
I ordered the Flair Pro 2 a couple of weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I received a confirmation email quickly. Shipping took about five business days, which was within the estimated window, and the package arrived in good condition. Setting it up was manageable with the included instructions, though getting the grind and tamping just right took a few tries. The build quality of the machine is solid, everything feels durable. I managed to pull a decent shot after a few attempts. Cleaning is relatively easy, just rinsing the parts. The support section on their site has good troubleshooting tips, which was helpful for dialing in my shots. Overall, a good experience, just be prepared to experiment a bit.
Quick delivery, quality Tamper
Ordered a Tamper for my Flair 58. It shipped fast and arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. The quality is good, it feels heavy and sturdy. Fits perfectly. No complaints.
Good value on the Flair Classic
I was looking for a good entry-level manual espresso maker and decided on the Flair Classic during a holiday sale. I saved about 15% which made it a much easier decision. The machine feels sturdy and makes a decent shot, definitely better than I expected for the price I paid. Shipping was free, which added to the overall value. It felt like a smart purchase for getting into home espresso without breaking the bank.
Good machine, minor delivery issue
I purchased the Flair 58 and was generally pleased. The machine itself makes excellent espresso once you get the hang of it. Shipping was quick, but the Drip Tray had a small scuff mark when it arrived. It's purely cosmetic and doesn't affect function, but still a little disappointing for a new item. Overall, good value for the quality of espresso I'm getting at home.
Easy and good coffee
I just got the Flair Neo Flex and it's pretty cool. Making espresso was way easier than I thought it would be. The coffee tastes really good, way better than my old machine. Shipping was fast too. Definitely happy with it.
Detailed Flair 58x experience
My journey with the Flair 58x started with an easy ordering process on their website. It was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation email promptly. Delivery took exactly five business days, which was within their stated window. The packaging was robust; everything was snugly protected. Assembly was manageable thanks to the clear instructions included. I also bought the Royal Grinder, and the combination has truly elevated my morning routine. The espresso quality is fantastic, full-bodied with a beautiful crema. I did have a question about cleaning the Brew Head, and their customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with helpful tips. I found that the Mirror for Shot Tracking is a must-have accessory, making the extraction process much easier to monitor. It's a significant investment, but the quality of the coffee justifies it for me.
